I had an incredible stay at a charming hotel nestled in an old chocolate factory. The attention to detail in the interior design and our room was impressive. The warm and lush decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the homemade bath salts were a luxurious touch. The service was friendly and the bed, manufactured by Hastens, was one of the best I've ever slept in. it was a fantastic boutique hotel experience.

The hotel provided excellent service during my Easter stay. The room was splendid, and the food was scrumptious, with freshly squeezed juice. I appreciated the excellent location of the hotel, making it easy to access the city's central business district, and it was just a few blocks from the subway. the hotel's facilities were a plus, from the gym to the in-house spa, which helped me relax during my stay.

Noise was my biggest problem during my stay - it was loud that I could hear every sound from the streets outside. However, it got quieter as the evening progressed, and it was peaceful in the morning.

the ivy at verity exceeded my expectations during this trip to toronto. the hotel was gorgeous, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was incredibly nice and the location was central to everywhere i wanted to go.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large and had a nice selection of bath products. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a guest.

During our stay, my spouse and I were impressed with the hotel's ideal location in the heart of the city's downtown district. It was perfect for exploring various attractions and landmarks, and easily accessible to public transportation. We stayed in a fantastic room with a lovely view overlooking the courtyard. Our luxurious bathroom had high-end amenities for a complete pampering experience, and the excellent room service ensured maximum comfort. We looked forward to waking up each day to a satisfying breakfast delivered promptly to our room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to all the main attractions in the city. You can easily walk to popular places like the Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, and St. Lawrence Market.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the breakfast served is the same every day, which can become a bit boring if you stay for an extended period.

We loved the cozy and cute rooms. The bathroom had heated floors, scented bath salts, and great water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect, as it was in the downtown core of an office building and once a chocolate factory. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at The Ivy for a hospital visit, so I couldn't fully enjoy all the amenities, but the staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The large soaker tub with an assortment of salts was a luxurious touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The continental breakfast was outstanding and much appreciated.

Great service, location and breakfast. The hotel staff were wonderful, making us feel very welcome during our stay. The location was ideal, close to important landmarks and with easy access to public transport. We particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast which was delicious and well-made. the complimentary bath salts and lavender scent in the room were a nice touch, making our stay even more comfortable.

Lack of drawers in the room. A small issue we encountered was the lack of drawers in the room to store our belongings.
